Quick Cold Coffee

Who doesnt like Coffee right?πŸ˜€ This Cold Coffee recipe is not only delicious but will leave you wanting for more. Easy to make for all the Caffeine addicts out there, this is a quick way to whip up some cold coffee for yourself in no time with ingredients that are mostly available at home. Ingredients   Instant Coffee - 1 tsp Sugar - 3tbsps Milk- 200ml Ice cubes - 4 to 5 cubes Hershy's Chocolate syrup Method . Put in the coffee,sugar,milk in your whipping jar and whip for few seconds. Add your ice cubes and whip for another 5 to 8 seconds until its frothy. Line your glass with chocolate syrup. Pour the cold coffee in the glass. Your Cold Coffee is ready! Enjoy! Cheesy Egg Sandwich

Sandwiches are go to meal. Quick to make and fulfils your appetite. I love having sandwiches. This is something you can make within 20 mins. All you need is bread,eggs,cheese some veggies and herbs. INGREDIENTS Bread- 2 slices Eggs - 2 Cheese slices - 1 to 2 Bell pepper- 1/4 cup chopped Onion- 1/4 cup chopped Dried Oregano- 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes - 1tsp Milk - 3tbsps Basil leaves - 1 to 2 (finely chopped) Oil- 1tbsp Salt- as per taste METHOD 1. Firstly crack the eggs in a bowl and add milk to it and whisk it well. Add the chopped onions, capsicum,chilli flakes, chopped basil, oregano, and salt as per taste. 2. Whisk everything together well. 3.Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Take one slice of bread and dip into the egg mixture entirely, flip onto the other side and do the same. 4. One pan Chicken Dish Few ingredients Chicken dish, saving time ans energy on a practically busy day.  Cooked within 30 minutes and you can add any condiments of your choice. Ingredients Chicken- 1/2 kg ( cut into small pieces) Garlic - 8 to 10 cloves ( finely chopped) Chilli powder or paprika - 1 tsp Onion - 1 medium sized ( sliced) Soy sauce - 3 tbsps Brown sugar - 2 tsps Salt - as per taste. Oil- 2tbsps Method Wash and clean the chicken well. (Preferbly use chicken pieces with bones on it) Put salt as per taste on the chicken pieces and massage the chicken well and keep aside. Heat oil over medium flame. Fry the chopped garlic until light brown. Add the sliced onions. Sweat down and until it carmalizes. Add the chicken pieces into it. Pakodas are an all time favourite for Indians as it is easy and quick to make and satisfies our cravings for something that is savoury,crispy and tasty too. Cheesy Rava Potato Cutlets This is a very simple and easy dish to make. Takes less time and makes a good snack. Made with ingredients mostly availabe at home, it is quite filling as well. It is crispy on the outside and soft and goey with cheese on the inside. A must try for all vegetarians. Ingredients Rava (Semolina) - 1/2cup (around 100grams) Boiled Grated Potato- 1 cup Mint leaves - Chopped Capsicum-1/4 cup (chopped) Cheese cubes - diced into small pieces Cumin powder- 1/2tsp Coriander powder -1/2tsp Salt as per taste Oil - for shallow frying Method Take a pan and pour some water into it, around 1 cup and put on medium low heat. Ghugni The most popular ghugni that we all love to eat sometimes with poori,paratha or even with plain bread. This can also be eaten plain, on its own because it is quite filling and tasty! It is a simple and easy recipe and hardly takes much time once your ingredients are ready! Ingredients. Whole Yellow Peas (Motor Dal) -200grms Boiled Potatoes - 3 small ones(cubed) Onion - 1 small onion (diced) Ginger garlic paste- 1tbsp Tomato- 1 medium size (diced) Garam masala powder- 1/2tsp Whole cumin seeds- 1/2tsp Cumin powder- 1tsp Coriander powder -1tsp Bay leaf- 1 Red Chilly powder- 1tsp Tumeric powder-1/2tsp Oil- 3tbsps Coriander leaves- Chopped(handful) Salt -as needed Method Firstly soak and keep the yellow whole peas (motor dal) overnight or for atleast 6-7hours Boil the dal with little water,1tsp salt and tumeric powder in the pressure cooker . Salt Pepper Butter - 2 tbsps Bread - 2 slices Method πŸ‘©πŸ»‍🍳 Take a pan. Heat 1tbsp of oil. Put the onions and then add the tomatoes. When the tomatoes have become soft add the carrots and bell peppers. Saute well until the mixture is a bit soft.
