One pan Chicken Dish

Few ingredients Chicken dish, saving time ans energy on a practically busy day. 
Cooked within 30 minutes and you can add any condiments of your choice.

Ingredients
  • Chicken- 1/2 kg ( cut into small pieces)
  • Garlic - 8 to 10 cloves ( finely chopped)
  • Chilli powder or paprika - 1 tsp
  • Onion - 1 medium sized ( sliced)
  • Soy sauce - 3 tbsps
  • Brown sugar - 2 tsps
  • Salt - as per taste.
  • Oil- 2tbsps

Method

  1. Wash and clean the chicken well. (Preferbly use chicken pieces with bones on it)
  2. Put salt as per taste on the chicken pieces and massage the chicken well and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil over medium flame. Fry the chopped garlic until light brown.
  4. Add the sliced onions. Sweat down and until it carmalizes.
  5. Add the chicken pieces into it. Fry it well so that it gets a bit crispy. Toss around whenever required.
  6. Add paprika or chilli powder.
  7. Now add the soysauce. 
  8. Continue to cook it until the chicken is soft .
  9. Add brown sugar. Cook further for 5 mins.
  10. Once the chicken has a nice carmalized coating to it and has become tender. Switch of the heat and let it rest.The one pan chicken dish is ready.

You can enjoy this dish with naan, bread or with rice.
